Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
